1. Operator
This website is operated by Empyrate LLC, Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
Keep your credentials safe and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used abusively or unlawfully.
3. Purchases
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. After successful payment your license key is issued to your account and emailed to you, together with a payment summary.
4. Software licenses
Products such as ODONTO PRO are licensed, not sold. Your use of the software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) accepted at activation. Licenses activate on one device via a device fingerprint.
5. Refunds & chargebacks
If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the associated license key is revoked and the software will no longer activate or update.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape at scale, or resell or share license keys. We may revoke access for violations.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its content and our products are the property of Empyrate LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and IP law.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the website is limited; liability relating to licensed software is governed by the product EULA.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction.
