ODONTO PRO is sold as a perpetual license, activated on one machine via device fingerprint. The licensor is Empyrate LLC (Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE); the license relationship is between Empyrate LLC and the clinic.
2. Activation & EULA
The clinic accepts the End User License Agreement (v2.0) on activation — a mandatory checkbox in the app. Unassigned or unpaid keys cannot be activated. This page is a summary only; the full EULA governs.
3. Updates
Automatic updates and the managed clinic subdomain are included for the licensed clinic.
4. Governing law
The EULA is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; the courts of Sharjah, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction.
